Can you tell me about the major configurations you have performed in previous projects?

During my previous projects I have performed a range of core configurations in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. First, I set up the chart of accounts, defining account structures, dimensions, and posting profiles to match the organization’s accounting standards. I then configured security roles and business unit hierarchies to enforce segregation of duties and data access. Workflow and approval processes were built for purchase orders, sales orders, and expense reports, using the workflow designer and custom actions. I also implemented integration points with external systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and custom APIs, configuring data entities and data management projects. Customizations were added through X++ and Power Platform where needed, including new fields, forms, and reports. Finally, I performed data migration using the Data Management framework, mapping source data to target entities, and validated data integrity through test cases. These configurations collectively enabled end‑to‑end business processes, improved reporting, and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements.
