Can I use it on Mac and Windows?
Yes. There is a native desktop app for both Windows and macOS. Setup takes about two minutes: install, paste your license key and click Start Listening.
What happens when my license expires?
Your access simply ends at the end of the pass. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Buy a new pass from the app whenever you need it again.
Do you offer international pricing?
Yes. Visitors in India see prices in Indian rupees (INR) and visitors everywhere else see US dollars (USD) — automatically, based on where you are. The app works worldwide. For team or bulk purchases, email support@assisting-ai.com.
Is my data private?
Audio is used only to produce your transcript and answers, and your conversation history is saved to your own account so you can review it later. We do not sell your data. Write to support@assisting-ai.com if you would like your history deleted.
